I was skeptical about the whole collapsible thing, but it seriously takes up less space than my wallet when folded flat. The pop-up mechanism is smooth and it holds a solid amount of water without tipping over, even with my lab wolfing it down.
Took it on a weekend hike and the pop-up action is genuinely instant—one second it's a flat disk in my pocket, the next it's a sturdy bowl for water. The punny name made me smile, but the fact that it actually holds up on rocky ground is what sold me.
