The padded laptop compartment is a genius touch—it kept my small dog secure and cushioned on the bumpy trail, and the water bottle holders meant I didn't have to dig for hydration. It felt just as sturdy as my regular daypack, and my pup seemed genuinely comfortable the whole time.
Took this out on an eight-mile trail with my corgi and the water bottle holders kept me from stopping every ten minutes. The padded laptop compartment even doubled as a spot for my jacket once he got restless. He settled in quick, and my shoulders weren't screaming by the end—that's a win in my book
The padded laptop compartment is a game-changer—my dog curls up right in it and the whole thing feels as balanced as my old hiking pack. Two hour trek with water bottles full, and neither of us wanted to turn back.
